The greatest predictor of success is alignment.


Through this five-week team alignment sprint, leaders and their teams will learn how to apply the True Alignment® framework to improve and better align their team and business, create a set of key strategic initiatives, and achieve greater levels of teamwork and trust. In addition to the six team workshops, team leaders meet for shared problem solving and review of group dynamics and strategies to further support the direct application of their alignment initiatives and actions.

What makes this program unique?

This is not your typical teambuilding workshop. It’s both an alignment sprint and strategic planning process.

• You and your team will engage in an intensive hands-on learning process, developing as a team, and applying True Alignment® to create measurable outcomes.

• Going far beyond the basics, the focus is on aligning your team strategies and culture to your customer experience, and achieving the teamwork that results in greater connection, innovation, and performance.

• By applying True Alignment®, teams are provided with a powerful framework to constructively confront differing views and conflict, and learning essential team problem-solving and innovation skills.

• The program is taught by Edgar Papke, leadership and innovation thought leader and author of the True Alignment® framework, used by organizations worldwide to achieve better results.

• Leaders are invited to engage in weekly problem solving and coaching sessions with Edgar, an added opportunity for exploration, growth, and the direct application of learning.

In alignment to Anderson College’s distinctive approach and Jesuit values[1], each team is supported with coaching. This unique element allows for the direct application of learning and skills to each team's current context and experience. Experience shows that coaching is a vital ingredient to supporting the timely application of learning, resulting in greater levels of success.
